Cancellation Policy
We at Hairless Hub understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours’ in advance.
To cancel or reschedule, you may call us or use our online booking system.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows are subject to a forfeiture of the service deposit or will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before any further services can be scheduled or rendered.
Please be aware that arriving late may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, to accommodate other clients who have scheduled appointments.
